Wickes, Springkerse Retail Park, Stirling – lease regear of 28,000 sqft retail warehouse within Stirling’s prime retail warehouse location.

Anniesland Retail Park, Glasgow – negotiated and agreed the back to back surrender and reletting of a former Currys unit. Successfully marketed on a sole agency basis to achieve a new lease to The Gym Group of 8,000 sqft. Liaised and assisted with matters relating to sub-division works, planning consents and refurbishment/upgrade of the Retail Park. Advised on the development of a new drive-thru coffee pod within the Park’s demise, subsequently agreeing a lease to Costa Coffee.

123/133 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow – agency and asset management role towards the successful new letting of ground and basement floors to Bonmarche Ltd as their flagship Scottish store. Negotiated the removal of a tenant break option with Vodafone Ltd to enhance the asset value. Currently marketing the extensive Upper Floors, which would be suitable for a variety of uses – restaurant/bar/leisure, creative office/workshop space or gym/studio.
