Acting on behalf of private Singaporean investors we initially acquired this standing investment for £1.87m. We subsequently fully advised and managed the comprehensive refurbishment of the c. 12,000sqft office building and, acting as joint letting agents, have successfully agreed new leases to Mediterranean Shipping Company, Ashfield Healthcare, Mattioli Woods and Ascot Lloyds.

The last remaining floor is currently under offer and due to complete imminently. An average 30% increase in rents has been achieved and the building repositioned within the market.
