Initially instructed to advise on a rent review/lease re-gear of 35,000 sqft industrial/manufacturing facility, occupied by Uni Foods; one of Castle View’s subsidiaries. We subsequently bought in the freehold interest from Buccleuch Estates, together with two adjacent income producing units. Extending in total to approx. 77,000 sqft, the purchase price paid was £3.325m.

We continue to advise Castle View with ongoing asset management matters including relettings, lease re-gears/rent reviews and refurbishments/upgrading works.
