Having first been instructed by CVIH on Cambuslang we’ve subsequently been retained to advise the Group on a wide variety of property matters including – the acquisition of a new 12,000sqft regional office HQ in Hinckley, Leicestershire; managing the sub division and re-letting of A3/retail units in an existing roadside investment; advices on various tenancy matters such as rent reviews, lease expiries/re-gears; and the acquisition of two new retail investments let to Co-op Food and American Golf.
