We purchased this existing retail warehouse park, with many asset management angles, from M&G. The park extended to approximately 179,000 sqft and boasted occupiers such as B&Q, Dunelm, Currys, PC World, Carpetright, Halfords and Homebase. It has subsequently undergone a significant transformation via a major programme of refurbishment and extension.
