Springford introduced and subsequently acted in acquiring this prominent, strategic site immediately accessed off Junction 2 of the M77 some six miles south of Glasgow City Centre. Comprising c. 37 acres of development land it already had the benefit of being fully serviced as well as planning permission in principle for a wide range of uses.

Comprising 50% of a larger comprehensive masterplan the other half was sold for residential development to Bellway and Persimmon to deliver 300 units.

We have been retained to progress the individual commercial elements and pre-letting discussions are well advanced with site starts anticipated in the near future. In addition a sale of approximately 12 acres has already been concluded with Persimmon to develop a further 150 residential units.
