We acquired 95% of the development site and advised on the retail scheme which obtained planning consent and subsequently became known as the Buchanan Quarter. The site was acquired and developed by Land Securities after bank support was withdrawn from Atlas during the financial crisis.

The completed scheme, which occupies a prime location immediately opposite Buchanan Galleries Shopping Centre, essentially comprises the same as the Atlas planning consent providing some 105,000 sqft of retail space let to the likes of Forever 21 (now H&M), Paperchase, Gap, Vans, Sketchers, Fat Face, Office Shoes and Watches of Switzerland.
