Acting on behalf of Henry Boot Developments, we acquired this site, formerly earmarked for a business park development. Change of use was obtained for retail use and two units extending to 43,000 sqft were pre-let to Dunelm and B&M. We will shortly be offering the completed investment to the market at a price of c. £7.5m. We’ve also concluded separate site sales adjacent to Starbucks and Marston’s (both for a pub/diner & lodge).
