Value: £5.25m & £7.5m

We initially acquired this asset for Earlsgate Property Investments, combined with a separate retail parade, for £7.5m (£5.25m apportioned value). We arranged bank finance for the purchase, and after several asset management initiatives and a hold period of less than two years, sold on the investment individually for £7.5m. Springford & Co co-invested with a private client in this transaction.
