We acquired this site on behalf of Progressive Investments Ltd, with the benefit of a Class 1 food retail planning consent, for a 35,000 sqft retail warehouse development. The scheme was pre-let and we sold the resultant investment, complete with tenancies to MFI and Archers Sleepcentres, for £8m. The property is now occupied by Home Bargains.
